The Sandhurst Collection

The Sandhurst Collection is a collection of books, ephemera, reports and documents from Sandhurst Mechanics Institute and Free LIbrary. Dating from 1854 the collection provides a unique insight into the lives and culture of Bendigo and surrounds during the Goldrush.

The Sandhurst Collection Digitisation Project is funded by Dr Bill Holsworth and Mrs Carol Holsworth through the Bendigo Tertiary Education Anniversary Foundation.
